Program
Have a business idea – but not sure it holds up?
In this 2.5-hour hands-on workshop, you'll map your idea onto one page, spot the weak points, and leave knowing what to test next. The Business Model Canvas is the world's most widely used tool for designing business models – and a format Innovasjon Norge and many investors know well. You'll work on your own idea and get direct feedback.
You'll leave with:
A first version of your business model on one page
A clear view of your customers, value proposition, revenue and costs
A tool you can reuse with partners, investors and funders
Who is it for?
Founders, aspiring entrepreneurs and anyone developing a new product or service. No prior experience needed. The workshop is held in English – a great fit for international founders in Asker and Bærum.
Facilitator: Paul Bø, Inclusion AS, has many years of experience helping startups build solid business models and prepare for launch.
